Emma Tooth exhibits at the Biscuit Factory

Regular Derbyshire Arts tutor and contemporary portrait artist Emma Tooth currently has a solo exhibition running at the Biscuit Factory, in Newcastle. The show runs until October 2010 and is a unique opportunity to see Emma's Concilium Plebis series. For more information click here to go to the Biscuit Factory's website.

New Barbara Bristow exhibition at Pear Tree Farm

Barbara Bristow, a member of Morph Dynamic Creatives, currently has an exclusive range of painting on exhibition and available to buy at Pear Tree Farm Gallery (Guest House!).

The vibrant series of paintings will be on show until the Autumn and anyone interested is welcome to drop by to view them any time, but please call Sue or Alan on 01629 534215 first to double check they are around!

'Morph' was formed in 2003 and has strong links with the University of Derby, with many members having graduated with a fine art degree from there. The group has exhibited a Sharpe's Pottery Gallery, The Brewhouse, Conkers, Derby Museum, The Silk Mill, Pickfords House and The Holywell Mill. Members also hold regular exhibitons at Pear Tree Farm as Sue is also an active member of the group!

Membership now stands at 12 artists selected for their diversity of work which compliments each other in the formation of exhibitions. New member candidates have to be nominated by an existing member and are asked to submit a CV for prior discussion before the applicant is invited for a final interview and presentation to the group.
