Hashim is an award winning professional illustrator and artist of 20 years. He regularly exhibits with the Institute of Oil Painters, Mall Galleries and represented by galleries in London and around the UK as well as TV. His book entitled "Vibrant Acrylics" is to be published in 2012 along with a DVD. Hashim Akib is a highly successful vibrant artist who has an impressionistic style of painting which brings depth and mood to his work. Hashim is inspired by images from everyday life, from the hustle-and-bustle of a busy street scene to our beautiful peaceful countryside. |

2013 Course Details
“Vibrant Acrylics” is a three day course which introduces students to the versatile medium of acrylics. The workshops will be arranged thematically and will be split into daily workshops covering landscape, portraits and urbanscape subjects. Using large brushes and undiluted paint, Hashim will guide students into creating fuss-free, fresh and rich artwork. Hashim is an enthusiastic tutor who teaches through a series of demonstration-led workshops with one-to-one tuition. Suitable for all abilities (limited to 12 places) |
